• Development of GSE’s comprehensive multi-channel communication plan, which contributed towards a 20.2% increase in applications submitted in 2019 compared to the prior year
• Creation and deployment of segmented automated email, text and print campaigns to attract best-fit students, which helped increase GSE’s newly enrolled students by 16.3% in 2019 compared to prior year
• Creation and maintenance of automated academic program email messages, which boast 67.4%
open rates and 14.1% click rates
